We are offering for sale our parental home in Szentjobb at number 459 (Sváb Street). After last year's asphalting, the house is located in a very accessible, quiet, green environment. Oradea is 36 km away, and many people visit it on a daily basis. The property has been carefully maintained
The house can be entered through two entrances. The first entrance is close to the street door. Entering from here, we find ourselves in a bright hallway (2 x 4 m), from which two rooms open. To the right, the windows of the first room (4 x 4 m) look out onto the street, where heating can be provided by a wood-burning tiled stove. Opposite, we reach another room, which is located between the kitchen and the other street-facing room (5.5 x 4 m). Its window looks out onto the garden and provides natural light. Here, too, a tiled stove ensures a cozy atmosphere on colder days. From this room we can get to the second room facing the street (4 x 4 m) and the kitchen. From the kitchen we can also see how much of the yard is there. Here is a tiled sparhelt (spore). My father was a stove-maker, the tiled radiators he installed are very good quality. A pantry opens from the kitchen, and next to it is the attic access, with a separate entrance, which can easily be converted into a bathroom, since there is none. The running water is in the kitchen.
There is another building in the yard, which contains a gang-like entrance (2 x 5 m), from which we can go up to the attic of the room used as a workshop (5 x 5), and to the cellar below it (3.5 x 2.5 m). At the end of the cellar we find a smokehouse. Next to these is a laundry room with a separate entrance. This building complex can very easily be converted into a multi-generational apartment. This area is approximately 400 m2.
From this yard we can get to the garden with the farm buildings, where the toilet and urinal are located, as well as a pig pen, a pig sty, rabbit cages, a poultry house, and separate chicken coops. In this yard there is a giant walnut tree, which usually produces incredible amounts of fruit. The size of this garden is approximately 300 m2. From here we can go out to the cultivable garden, which opens onto the neighboring street (700 m2). You can access the plowing from the neighboring street. The total area is 1400 m2.
My mother lives alone in a newly built family house next door, who is 75 years old and needs care. She takes care of herself, but her legs hurt a lot.
